Description

Request for Proposal This procurement is for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) opportunity at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. The EUL site is a 5.2 acre parcel of land. The VA objective of the RFP is to receive proposals from Offerors to develop the EUL site to provide permanent supportive housing for homeless Veterans and Veterans at risk of homelessness under a long-term ground lease with VA for up to seventy-five (75) years. In return for a long-term lease of the property, the selected Offeror will provide fair consideration to VA.
