Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a fixed priced contract award on a sole source basis to EYECLICK LTD for software upgrade to the Eyeclick Sandbox System. This product is a commercial item as defined in FAR Part 2. The procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b). No solicitation exists for this requirement. Market research has determined EYECLICK LTD is the original manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services. This notice expires/archives on September 12, 2011. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Mandatory terms and conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 will apply to the anticipated award wherever applicable. The acquisition process is conducted under FAR Part 12 - Acquisitions of Commercial Items. Award shall be pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) using simplified acquisition procedures.
