Unit must offer the option for above average output during initial incision phase. 4. Unit must have APC probes for Enteroscopes (300cm), side fire probes, circumferential probes, filter integrated disposable probes, and Bronchoscopy proves, to fit multiple scope models, to include Olympus scopes. 5. Unit must be software upgradable. 6. Unit must offer safety system which monitors grounding pads for correct placement and current density, to lower risk of pad burns. 7. Unit must be programmable, to allow physician or procedure settings to be preset. All cuts are to be programmable and savable. 8. Unit must offer toggle footswitch to allow user to toggle between programs and modes. 9. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, VHA VISN 06 - 590 - Hampton intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. VHA VISN 06 - 590 - Hampton is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
