- Statement of Work for Dining Facility Installation Layout Details for Dining Facility Installation Questions and Answers for 11TC1026 Dining Facility Installation This amendment hereby amends the following solicitation to include new response date (please see attached for Site Visit details and Questions/Answers): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is 11TC1026. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective 20110804 and DFARS change notice 20110725. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer is the best value and the most advantageous to the Government which is conforming to the solicitation. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, Delivery date, and Discount Terms, Availability and how long it will take to ship to Lackland AFB, TX. Quotes must be valid through 1 October 2011. This is a 100 percent small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 334310 and the size standard in number of employees is 750. PLEASE SEE STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHED. This requirement will be a brand name or equal. If offering an "or equal product" please provide product specifications, parts numbers and pictures if available. Vendors supplying "or equal" products shall meet the Government's exact salient characteristics outlined under description below: CLIN 0001: Equipment package to include- 2 Sanyo PLC-700a 3800 lumen WXGA video projectors, 2 DaLite Cosmo electrol motorized video screens, 2 Chief RPA projector mounting brackets, 2 Liberty VGA computer connection plates, 2 Liberty RGBHV cable runs to the projectors, 1 Kramer Video VP200N VGA distribution amplifier with (2) RGBHV cable runs to both projectors on the 2nd input for simultaneous use, 4 Rigging packs with support steel and allthred for equipment suspension. (QTY: 1 LOT) CLIN 0002: Labor & Materials To Install Equipment Package- Installation labor for installation of suspended and wall mount equipment. Termination of all connections. System testing and adjustments. Personnel training on equipment operation, manlift rental. (QTY: 1 LOT) Salient Characteristics: 1. Video Projector must have brightness of at least 3800 lumens, and must be widescreen HD capable. 2. Video Streaming and Playback must be compatible with MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, and WMV file types. 3. Motorized video screen must be 8 feet by 8 feet. 4. Projectors must be able to used individually or cominbed to have the same image on both screen simultaneously. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; vendor will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Vendor must meet all afforementioned Salient Characteristics posted above. 2. If quoting "Or Equal" items, vendor must provide descriptive literature of how they will meet Salient Characteristics. Award Basis: Award will be Low Price Technically Acceptable. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
