Description

This synopsis is issued in anticipation of issuing a firm-fixed price contract for Spares with a basic year plus four annual one-year ordering periods to purchase a quantity of 70 ea spares for Noun: Diplexer; NSN 5985-01-303-3777EW; Part Number 037-003752-003 for the basic and a quantity of 1-50 each for each annual ordering period. Inspection/Acceptance & F.O.B. will be at origin. The NAICS code to identify the supplies is 334419. This procurement will support F-15 C/E aircraft. I TEM DESCRIPTION DATA: LENGTH (IN) 4.8600; WIDTH (IN) 2.6800; HEIGHT (IN).3950; WEIGHT (OZ) 8.0000. ITEM FUNCTION PROVIDES SIGNAL INTEGRATION WITH THE ALQ-135 COUNTERMEASURES SET. Delivery will be 6 months (ARO) after receipt of order with a firm date to be established at time of award. Ship to SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA). Duration of contract period: Date of award through 5 years The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit sole source to L-3 COMMUNICATION CORPORATION DBA NARDA MICROWAVE WEST, 107 WOODMERE RD, FOLSOM CA 95630-4706, (Cage Code 60583) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because the Government does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from any other sources.
