Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-11-RP-0381 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish and install concrete grave liners at Marion National Cemetery, Marion, IN 46953 from date of award through 30 September 2012 with 4 one year options if exercised by the Government. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemetery and install as required by the Statement of Work. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around September 9, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 22, 2011. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
