- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Long Beach & surrounding areas Delineated Area: North Boundary: Beginning at 110 Freeway, continuing east on 91 Freeway and ending at Lakewood Blvd. East Boundary: From 91 Freeway, continuing south on Clark Blvd. to Anaheim Street, west on Anaheim Street to Ximeno Ave, continuing south to E. Livingston Drive, ending at East Ocean Blvd. South Boundary: From E. Livingston Drive, continuing west to E. Ocean Blvd to E. Shoreline Drive, south to the shoreline and continuing westerly along the coast ending at Shephard Street. West Boundary: Beginning at Shephard Street, continuing North on S. Pacific Ave to the 47 Freeway, then west to the 110 Freeway, continuing North to the 91 Freeway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,210 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,052 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 45 Parking Spaces (Surface): 45 for GOVs Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 45 for GOVs Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Offered space must be available for access 24/7. A loading dock must be available with the offered space for the receipt and pick-up of pallet sized loads. A freight elevator must be available for use if the offered space is on the second floor or above. Ideal space would be contiguous and located on one floor. If space is offered on more than one floor, design must be practical on as few of floors as possible, and create an efficient layout. Existing buildings must have earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets statutory exceptions. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
