Description

This is an Intent to Sole Source only. No formal document exists at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6) intends to negotiate an SDVOSB sole source set-aside commercial item procurement with SYNCON, LLC, 4445 CORPORATION LANE, SUITE 156, VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA 23462-3262 to provide a CHILLED WATER UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT. This procurement will be for an 12 month period to provide all labor and supervision. Location will be FAYETTEVILLE VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. The NAICS is 236220. This contract is being set aside for a CVE-certified SDVOSB firm and inquiries from CVE-certified SDVOSB firms only may be directed to Jerri Shaw at Jerri.Shaw@va.gov. No telephone calls will be accepted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The cutoff date for inquiries is noon EST September 12, 2011.
