(W912EP-11-D-0025). PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FROM ANY ENTITY OTHER THAN THE PREVIOUSLY LISTED FIRMS. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project's contract will be broken up into a Base and 7 Options. The Base work will be at KBIC only and consists of dredging material from KBIC Station 32+174 to Sta. 48+250 to a 44-foot and 46-foot required depths with both allowing a 2-foot allowable overdepth. Additionally, maintenance dredging the KBIC Site Six Operating Area - North to 39-foot required depth with 2-foot allowable overdepth, bird monitoring, and one hundred (100) field cut weir riser boards will also be included with the Base. The placement of dredged material for KBIC will be at the following designated Disposal Material Management Areas (DMMAs): Disposal Area-1 (D/A-1), Disposal Area-2 (D/A-2) and Mainside Disposal Area (D/A-M). Besides Base Bid, the project work has six additional maintenance dredging options with placement at the designated DMMAs and one option for fabricating two-hundred (200) weir boards. Options A through F & H pertains to KBIC whereas Option G pertains to MCT. Option A work consists of maintenance dredging from KBIC station 25+000 to 32+031.8 to 44-foot required depth with 2-foot allowable. Option B is maintenance dredging at KBIC Explosives Handling Wharves (EHW) to a 47-foot required depth with 2-foot allowable overdepth. Option C is maintenance dredging of the south area of the KBIC Site Six Operating Area to a 44-foot required with 2-foot allowable including the ARDM Yoke area. Option D and E respectively consists of maintenance dredging of the KBIC Refit Wharves and KBIC Dry Dock Sill areas to a 46-foot required depth with 2-foot allowable overdepth. Option F requires an additional two-hundred (200) field cut weir riser boards. Option G will consist of maintenance dredging at MCT between Station 0+00 to 56+09.1 to a 38-foot required depth with a 2-foot allowable overdepth. Option G's dredged material will be placed in the Dayson upland disposal area (D/A-D) located across the St. Johns River Back Channel from the Marine Corps Terminal
