- This is a non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DTRT57-11-Q-80097 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12 on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective August 4, 2011. The NAICS Code is 423430 and the Small Business size standard is 100 Employees. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order on a non-competitive basis to Global 360, Inc., to purchase Global 360 emVision licenses and maintenance. The period of performance is from October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. Proposals shall include pricing for the following items in a written quotation: The contract line items (CLINs) are as follows: CLIN 0001, emVision360 Records Manager Server Bundle License, Model No. EM360-RECMGR-SVR, Quantity: 1, $_______________; CLIN 0002, emVision360 Records Manager End User License, Model No. EM360-RECMGR-USR1, Model No. EM360-RECMGR-USR1, Quantity: 15 EA, $____________ $____________; CLIN 0003, emVision360 Records Manager Server Bundle Maintenance, Model No. MD-EM360-RECMGR-SVR, Quantity: 1, $________________; CLIN 0004, emVision360 Records Manager End User Maintenance, Model No. MD-EM360-RECMGR-USR1, Quantity: 15 EA, $__________________ $____________________. Please provide a total price for CLINs 0001 through 0004 $________________. Instructions to Offerors: The signed offer must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Karen.Marino@dot.gov no later than 2:00 P.M. EST on September 22, 2011. The Government will not pay for any information received. The following notice is provided for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. ATTENTION: Small and Disadvantaged (SDB), Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation-related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate.
