Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. AG-82X9-S-11-0250. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 424910 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business. This requirement provides for the awardee to provide herbicide to the White River National Forest. The following herbicide agents will need to be provided under this requirement: CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER 1: Hi-Light Dye (liquid) Line Item 0001 QTY: 35 gallons, Unit Price tiny_mce_marker______________ EXTENDED PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_________________. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER 2: Telar XP Line Item 0002 QTY: 1,296 oz., Unit Price tiny_mce_marker______________ EXTENDED PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_________________. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER 3: SYL-TAC Item 0003 QTY: 62.5 gallons, Unit Price tiny_mce_marker______________ EXTENDED PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_________________. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER 4: Milestone VM Item 0004 QTY: 15 gallons, Unit Price tiny_mce_marker______________ EXTENDED PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_________________. Delivery shall be made to the White River National Forest, Meeker Ranger District, 220 East Market Street, Meeker, Colorado, 81641. Delivery shall be made 30 days after contract award date. Offerors shall include prices and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Only written responses will be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from the responsible offeror whose offer who, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If additional information is required to support price reasonableness, each offeror may be required to provide a hard copy of their price break-down. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in the offerors quote being determined unacceptable.
