Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Savannah Delineated Area: Central Business District Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,633 ABOASF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,633 ABOASF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· The U.S. Government currently occupies 35,228 RSF (30,633 ABOASF) of specialized office space at 220 E. Bryan Street, Savannah, GA and intends to negotiate a new lease at that location for a term of fifteen (15) years, ten (10) firm unless an alternate location of equal size and quality is proposed which represents an economic advantage to the Government. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation as well as the cost to move and replicate data and telecommunications lines and all information technology infrastructure. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless no other option is available.
