Description

The NAVSUP Weapons Support System (WSS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Splunk Inc., 250 Brannan St., 2nd Fl., San Francisco, CA 94107-1932 to provide a centralized method of consolidation of all NAVSUP system/application audit record data to a centralized location. Only one responsible source will satisfy agency needs as Splunk's product will offer flexibility of deployment options and architectures. Splunk, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and owner of the source code information; therefore, they are the only vendor that can provide the functionality support and improvements/fixes through new releases and versions. As such, the requirement has been deemed sole source to Splunk, Inc. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
