- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-11-T-0046, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333112 the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: 0001 - (1 EACH) Facility maintenance machine. Requirement is for a versatile machine that has the capabilities to accomplish multiple facility maintenance operations such as lawn mowing, snow removal, and parking lot upkeep. This machine must provide maximum traction in all terrains and under all conditions. Have a less than a 20 foot turning radius, while maintaining minimal ground disturbance in order to perform delicate lawn care work. Machine must provide forward and reverse ground speeds ranging from a slow creep to street speeds. Must accept and operate all manufacturer-approved hydraulically driven attachments i.e. mower deck, and snow blower. Have the capability to perform loader bucket operations with minimum lift capacity of 1500 lbs to a height of 6.5 foot. Capability to mount and dismount attachments without tools. Have bulk material hauling and dumping capabilities of up to 1 ton. Unit must provide enclosed 2-person operator compartment with heat and air conditioning installed. Bobcat 5600 Toolcat P/N M1001 with applicable options/accessories (Deluxe Road Package P/N M1001-P01-C01) or equal. Contractors are encouraged to quote one or more products that may meet the Government's requirements. Contractors shall provide brand, model number, product specifications and warranty information for products quoted. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. The 185ARW intends to award a single purchase order.
