- See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details concerning this requirement. See attached Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Select Business Solutions, Inc., 35 Nutmeg Dr. Trumbell, CT 06611 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), only one source is capable of responding to satisfy the agency's requirements. The Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to purchase Custom Ultraquest Software Upgrade, manufactured by Select Business Solutions, Inc. For additional details concerning the requirement, refer to attached Performance Work Statement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 8:00 AM 19 September 2011, EST by e-mail to Benjamin.Bryant@whs.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
