Description

Synopsis: Procure Medical/Surgical Equipment for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle VA Research and Development's requirement for an Inverted Laser Scanning Confocal with variable spectral based detection capable of live cell and fixed sample imaging of various fluorophores and fluorescent proteins. The system will be used to image fluorescently labeled or tagged biological samples at optimal lateral and axial resolution for producing publication quality images and data collection for comparison studies analysis. The contractor shall provide all equipment, hardware and manuals. The proposed items are Leica Microsystems TCS SP5 brand. If equal items are offered then they must meet the salient characteristics stated in the solicitation. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. NAICS 339112 applies-size standard is 500 Employees. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation.
