- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202 (a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-11-T-0281 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. THIS RFQ IS FOR 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE CONTRACT AWARD: CLIN 0001 - Precision Time System, QTY 2 each in accordance with Table of Salient Characteristics. CLIN 0002 - Rackmount Adapter, QTY 2 each, used in conjunction with Line Item 0001 in accordance with Table of Salient Characteristics. Delivery: Require FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Indiana 47522 within 150 Days ARO. Quoters - Please note before preparing your quote, carefully review ALL SECTIONS. The government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable that represents the best value for the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. An acceptable quote using LPTA will consist of the following: 1.Conformance to Table of Salient Characteristics. 2.Send Vendor Warranty Information 3.Fill out and return with quote: Blocks 13, 14, 15, 6, of the SF 18 and Table of Salient Characteristics. 4. Certs and Reps located in clause 52.219-1 Alt 1 and all subsequent applicable clauses. Closing date will be on 27 SEPT 2011, 2 PM EDT. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a Quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
