Description

The VA Bay Pines Healthcare Procurement Business Service intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 6.302 to the organization AROJOHUNTLEIGH, 2349 W Lake St, Addison, IL 60101-6188 for the purchase of ARJO MAXI-SKY 600 2 functions with 2 point hanger/sling bar ceiling lifts at the Lee County Outpatient Clinic, Fort Myers, Florida under National Acquisition Center contract #V797P-4397A. This purchase is a follow-on connected to Special Notice #VA24811RQ1505. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No questions or enquiries will be accepted by telephone. This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition procedures. All information shall be furnished at no cost to the Government and can be sent via email to Reginald.Nettles2@va.gov. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
