- This is the list and description of all items requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0065. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.501(c ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423430. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 100 Employees. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 30 days or more. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. Items required are listed below: CLIN 0001: Adaptable Communication Suite Equipment, or equal QUANTITY: 1 each DESCRIPTION: Please see attached requested items list. All requested items must be readily available on the commercial market and easily replaceable. If an or equal is to be offered a technical specification on the or equal item must be furnished with the quotation. Price is to include shipping, FOB Destination, to Whiteman AFB, MO.
