- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at Sheldon Hart Mountain Refuge Complex, Lakeview, Oregon, has a requirement for construction of a gravel surface parking area(s), including parking lot drainage, concrete accessible parking spaces, and concrete pedestrian walkways between the parking lot and main building. Provide itemize estimates for site preparation, staking, grading, construction materials, surfacing, and project management/overhead cost. Refer to attached construction drawings and specifications for complete project details. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $13 million. The disclosure of magnitude for this project will be between $25,000 and $100,000.All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
