- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued, and quotes are being requested. The solicitation reference number is F4AT851192A001. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334210 with a small business size standard of 1,000. Contract Identification Line Item (CLINs) is identified below. CLIN 0001: Qty 2 Each - Ricoh SMFC210M Secure Fax All-In-One or equal - Must be a NSA approved secure facsimile - Connect to a STE utilizing the below interface Fax requirement - Interface: DB25: RS232/MIL-STD-188-114 (25 -pin female) - Must be able to operate in the Asynchronous or Non-Asynchronous Mode - Have the capability to change form mode 1 thru mode 3 to communicate either auto answer or manually - Must be able to connect at the 4.8 and 9.6 kbps operation - High resolution - All handshake modes - 16 and 32 kbps operation - High resolution - Operates in both handshake and broadcast uncompressed modes - Multi-page operation (up to min 50 page document) - EOT Signal - Use of appended protocols which provide expanded capabilities - Laser printing, plain paper facsimile. CLIN 0002: Qty 4 Each - Additional Toner Cartridges for the Ricoh SMFC210M Secure Fax All-In-One or equal. CLIN 0003: Qty 1 Each - Ruggedized shipping case for Ricoh SMFC210M Secure Fax All-In-One or equal. *This purchase is for Brand Name purchase or equal items. *All quotes must reflect FOB Destination. ** Quotes must clearly indicate vendor's understanding of the requirement** The Government anticipates award on a best value basis. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed priced purchase order IAW FAR 13.302 to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the proposal will be the most advantageous to the Government based on price.
