This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This action is set-aside for small business. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the most qualified and responsible contractor with the best price and can meet delivery deadlines. NAICS code: 238910 ; small business size is set at $14 million average annual receipts. Contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov) Solicitation number #AG-83A7-S-11-0034 being issued as a Invitation to Bid (IFB). The solicitation documents and associated attachments and exhibits are available with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, dated August 4, 2011. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of these and any clauses may be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/far/index.html. Bids are required to be received no later than 10:30 am Mountain Daylight Time, Tuesday, September 27, 2011, and must include the following: Company name, address phone numbers, DUNS number, and the itemized quote.
