- 4TH OF JULY MEADOWS EXCLOSURE FENCE AMENDMENT #0001 - FOR CLARIFICATION ON SPECIFICATIONS. SEE "REVISED WORK DATA SHEET" ATTACHED. Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct approximately 2.2 miles of fence including associated panels and gates as shown in the attached Specifications, Drawings, Maps, etc. All items must be in accordance with the Buy American Act. Project area is located approximately 67 miles north/northwest of Winnemucca, Nevada in Humboldt County.
