- Nellis AFB has a requirement for a Non-Personal Service contract for a Customer Service Automation Clerk. Primary Duties will include: Personnel assists customer service in maintaining and distribute official letters/emails, publicity materials and forms. Performs initial interview and screening of customers to determine education and training needs and goals and provides appropriate referral to staff members as required. Also receives, greets and answers questions from visitors and telephone calls. The assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. The Small Business Standard is $7M. The anticipated solicitation issue date will be 19 September 2011 with an anticipated response date of 23 September 2011. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation and will be restricted to Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). All firms must be registered in Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for award. The solicitation will contain Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items. The anticipated contract performance period is 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12 with four one year option periods. All responsible offers will be considered by this agency. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and drawings. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties must review the website frequently for updates and amendments to any and all documents; and verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. All dates and times in this notice are tentative. Firm dates will be contained within the actual solicitation. No response to this notice is necessary and no Source List will be maintained by this office. Interested firms should register on the Interested Vendors List on this web site.
