Description
Wage Determination Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number, F1W3EB1213A003 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 486910 with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. (v) See attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Wage Determination 2005-2017 Rev 15 dated 6/13/2011 (vi) Performance is required to begin 22 Sep-30 Jun 12. (vii) A site visit for potential offers is scheduled for 16 Sep at 0830-0930. Potential offerrs will meet at bldg 8306. Offeres will meet at the Boniface Gate at 0815 to receive passes to gain access to installation. Vehicle Insurance, Registration, and Valid Drivers License will be needed at the Boniface gate. No vehicles with company logos will be admitted. (viii) End of Description Duties and Responsibilities: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and items necessary to perform services stated below in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0001 1 EA _____________Preventive maintenance on Type III Fuel Hydrant System Controls. See PWS paragraph 1.1. The contractor shall provide an all labor, materials, and supervision to provide the services required in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0002 1 EA ___________ Provide analysis of remote emergency shutdown systems. See PWS paragraph 1.2. 0003 1 EA ___________ Replace operator interface computers with desktop HMI systems compatible with GE Cimplicity 8.1; including desktop workstation computers, monitors, and serial communication cables. See PWS paragraph 1.3. 0004 1 EA ___________Replace four motor soft start controllers with solid state, reduced voltage, 100 HP, 135 amps. Work will include removing existing units, installing new contractor provided controllers and testing operation of new components with motors. See PWS paragraph 1.4. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov database prior to any contract award. Wide Area Workflow https://wawf.eb.mil/ will be the method of submitting invoice after receipt of supplies or services. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, GSA/VA/Government Contract No. (if applicable), Date offer expires, warranty, Line item unit price, and Total cost. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote/offer represents the best value in terms of technical (capability of item(s) offered to meet the government need), and price, which will be most advantageous to the government. Quotes must be signed, dated and submitted by 20 Sep 2010, 16:00 pm, Alaskan Standard Time (AKST) to the 673rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB, Attn: 2d Lt Jessica Steinhoff. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (ref.
