- The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Multi-Species Conservation Program Office, Boulder City, NV intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Sutron Corporation, 22400 Davis Drive, Sterling, VA, 20164-4444 for telemetry system equipment which includes transceivers, accubar contact flow bubblers, SDR recorders and transducers. It has been determined that the Sutron Corporation equipment is the only equipment compatible with the existing Sutron equipment and components used in Reclamation's River Telemetry Gage Network System. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. (Reference FAR 6.302-1) This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is September 16, 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing and the size standard is 500 employees.
