Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research & Development (ORD), National Health & Environmental Effects Research Laboratory in Corvalis, OR has a requirement titled "Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer (TG-DSC/DTA)". This requirement calls for a complete Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer (TG-DSC/DTA) that includes a minimum one (1) year warranty, on-site installation, on-site training, and delivery. The EPA is seeking a contractor to provide/deliver the Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer (TG-DSC/DTA) with all components and specifications to be listed in the Specifications section of the solicitation. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order with a maximum delivery date from ninety (90) days of award. The anticipated solicitation release date is early October 2011 and the close date shall be approximately 15 days thereafter. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition with no small business set-aside. Interested parties are expected to download the solicitation and subsequent amendments from the website (http://www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd/) and to monitor the status. All responsible sources may submit a response for EPA consideration. The NAICS code is 334516, (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 persons. Contract award will be made in accordance with FAR part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures & FAR Part 12-Commerical Items.
