Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-11-Q-0668 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, Defense Circular 20110819, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0714. (iv) This procurement is being issued under NAICS code 236210. (v) The requested items are being purchased for the 309th AMARG on Davis-Monthan AFB. The contractor shall provide the following: 150' Jet Blast Deflector, 14' Tall for F-18 Pad with side walls East and West ends. Secure concrete pad will be provided by installer, see attached Statement of Work. In your quote, please include the following: Shipping costs and tax included in line item price. We will not have a separate CLIN for shipping and taxes. Delivery schedule: ex. "2 Weeks after receipt of order" Discount terms: ex. "NET 30" or "5% 20 days" Any other terms and conditions. A Site Visit will be required and is scheduled for 19 Sept 11 at 0900PST. Please provide attendees name and information for base access by 16 Sept 11 at 1500PST. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.204-9, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel - contractor shall comply with agency personal identity verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201.
