- This is a "Sources Sought" notice.Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ is considering writing a single Commercial Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for Millipore Water System Maintenance for Fiscal year 2012. The maintenance includes 1 preventative maintenance visits per year, all consumables needed to perform the maintenance. The contractor will also provide additional service visits to include parts, labor and travel charges if a problem with any electro mechanical items occurs. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 221310. One critical element the government will address during this exploratory phase is to attempt to determine contractor capabilities. Selection will be based on past performance and technical capability. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 14 and FAR Part 19. A determination will be made once all information is reviewed for the type of Small Business set-aside concern. However; if the government receives inadequate responses from Small Business concerns, the government will use all information obtained from this sources sought request to determine what type, if any, set-aside to utilize. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website http://www.ccr.gov.
