- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES-ONLY VENDORS WITH A CURRENT FOREST SERVICE BPA WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A CALL REQUEST AGAINST THE BPA FOR CONCTRETE PRECAST TOILET. This opportunity is available only to the Contractors awarded a BPA under the FOREST SERVICE "Pre-Cast Concrete Toilet Blanket Purchase Afreement". The Forest Service has a requirement to for the purchase, delivery and placement of 6 EA pre-cast toilets for several areas within the Angeles National Forest. It is the intent of the Government to award a Call on an existing BPA.
