Description
The components of the Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) shall include all of the following specifications: Ruggedized UFED Kit, All components of the ruggedized mobile device field forensics kit shall be contained in a hard-sided, protective, waterproof, airtight case that stands up to the harshest field conditions. The mobile forensic kit shall: -contain a complete set of cables to connect to all supported phones -be battery operated and require no computer for extraction -be ruggedized by being contained in rubberized housing designed to improve grip in harsh environments -support field-ready mobile forensics - portable, fast, and easy-to-operate -include a phone charger kit for the rapid charging of handsets recovered in the field that have no battery life remaining that will cover the majority of handsets available worldwide -have a universal phone charger -have hiercrchical "tree" view of phone file system for efficient and fast navigation -have advanced search capabilities designed for novice and expert users -have customizable sear, parsing, and report functions -have reports for viewing, saving, printing, exporting, and analyzing extracted data -have visualization of location based data on Google Earth/Google maps -have recovery of deleted data such as GPS fixes -decoding of entered locations, GPS fixes, favorite locations, GPS device info -have physical extraction of GPS (navigation devices) -support iOS 4 Decryption & Password Extraction incuding user passwords -support iPhone Keychair decryption - user passwords (email, WiFi, etc.) -have support for deleted data such as: call history, SMS, pictures, phonebook entries, videos -have support for retrieving a phone's internal data including: IMSI history, past SIM card usage, past user lock code history -have built-in knowledge base of each phone's memory structure for automated decoding of critical data -have support for all major mobile operating systems, including Windows Mobile, Symbian, iPhone, Brew, Android, and Blackberry -support devices regardless of network carrier or network technology -have MD5 and SHA256 hash signatures for data verification -have unicode supported content extraction -have extensive Bluetooth support to enable extraction using Bluetooth interface -have open source plug-in support: author, collaborate on, and utilize custom search and... value parsing algorithms -have multi-language user interface -have SIM ID cloning via built-in SIM reader -have live technical assistance, monthly software updates for new phone models, and cables for all new handsets are included with each product license -have logical extraction support for over 3,500 devices -have physical extraction support for over 1,200 devices -have password extraction support for over 750 devices -have support for over 6,500 device profiles 0002 Physical - Ruggedized device, This "Physical" line item is an added function that is a part of the Ruggedized UFED Kit. The physical portion of the mobile forensic kit shall also be contained in the hard-sided, protective, waterproof, airtight case that stands up to the harshest field conditions and. The physical handheld device shall have file system extraction support for over 750 devices. This amendment is administrative purposes only.
