Description

The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has posted a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the procurement of a Commercially-Available Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software framework and support services suitable for building a Medicaid eligibility and member management system. Vendors having such a framework are encouraged to submit their qualifications to the State for consideration in accordance with the State's RFQ. The State manages procurement via its own Web site.
