- Description
- The 159th Fighter Wing of the Louisiana Air National Guard intends to award a sole source procurement to Rohde & Schwarz, Inc., 8661 A Robert Fulton Drive, Columbia, MD 21046-2265. The award will be made to repair 1-27 GHz Signal Generators SMR27. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1(2)(A), for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Rohde & Schwarz is the original manufacturer of model #SMR27 Signal Generator. All qualified sources must respond not later than 16 September 2011, 0900 hours CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
