- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L5-11-T-0013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34. This is setaside for small business. This is brand name only. The associated North American Industrial Classification system (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336214, 500 employees. Delivery must be made within 60 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days - not to exceed 60 - required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. No partial shipments are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award. The trailer requested in this solicitation is to be used in transporting with the Jisc package during an emergency to support civilian first responders. The requirement is to be delivered to the Delaware Army National Guard, RTI, Bethany Beach, 163 Scannell Blvd. Bldg. 116, Bethany Beach, Delaware, 19930.
