- This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), Domiciliary Service of the Menlo Park Division has a requirement for additional housing resources for homeless Veterans. Contractor shall provide the VAPAHCS, housing, meals, case management, on-site mental health and substance abuse services to veteran patients who are homeless in accordance with all of the terms, conditions, provisions, and references of this solicitation. NAICS Code 624221/$7.0 million. This solicitation will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All Offerors MUST be registered and verified in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53.
