- The Immigration & Customs Enforcement Bureau (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management, Washington DC 20536 intends to issue a sole source award to Citrix Systems, Inc. for the purchase of server support and maintenance for Citrix servers currently in use by ICE program offices under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) when the supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested parties who believe they can satisfy this requirement may identify their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their capability to provide support maintenance/service for this proprietary software. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award based upon responses that may be received in connection with this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to Citrix Systems, Inc. If responses are received and are determined to not be credible, then a sole source award will be issued to Citrix Systems, Inc. The anticipated award date is Sept. 15, 2011 by COB.
