This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please refer to the attached SF form 1449 for details. The US Army PEO STRI APM SimLEARN intends to set aside this requirement for 3 small business concerns identified in the market reseacrh.
