Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2 (b)(2), the Orlando VA Medical Center, Orlando Florida, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Fire Inspection Services to: Emergency Planning Management Inc. 2 Live oak Lane, Stafford, VA 22554-7916: This requirement is for Fire inspection services to include Fire Alarm monitoring, hydrant inspection flow testing, Fire Backflow preventer inspection, sprinkler inspection and Kitchen Hood inspection for Orlando VAMC 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando Fl 32803, Lakemont Campus 2500 Lakemont Avenue Orlando Fl 32803 and Viera Outpatient Clinic 2900 Veterans Way, Viera Fl 32940. This service is required from Sep 1, 2011 through Dec 31, 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and any submitted will not be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to his notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements.
