- Added Components are highlighted in red. The purchase of a 60KvA Solid State Frequency Converter. Please complete the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). A separate proposal from an offeror's firm may be submitted along with the RFQ. Please provide product specifications and any other documentation deemed necessary. The converter is to be used with a C40 Aircraft, any converter offered must be capable for use on the aircraft. A modification was added to the combined synopsis to add additional components for the converter. The components are highlighted in red under LI 0001 in the synopsis. Deadline for submission is Monday, 19 September 2011 at 10:00 AM CST.
