- The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is soliciting proposals for the purchase of security alarm monitoring services. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The NAICS code will be 561621 - Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths), size standard is $12,500,000. The SIC code will be S211 - Surveillance Services. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The Contractor shall provide security alarm monitoring services in accordance with the performance work statement within the solicitation. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the CCR in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense CCR database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
