- This is a combined solicitation for PRC-150 HF Radios. This is a brand name combined synopsis/solicitation for a High Frequency Man Portable Radio prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Unit Small Business Specialist is Michael P. Gilbert (509) 247-4880; Link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org: link to SBA http://sba.gov. Solicitation FA4620-11-Q-A178 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 (Effective 4 Aug 2011). This procurement is being issued as a Brand Name and will be solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 334220 utilizing FAR Parts 12 & 13. Purchase and delivery of the following items no later than 60 Days ADC FOB Destination to 92 CS at Fairchild AFB. Contractor shall provide all equipment: CLIN 0001 - PRC-150 High frequency man portable radio; Part number: AN/PRC-150(C) (1 Each) CLIN 0002 - 400 Watt Amplifier; Part number: RF-5800H-TM003 (1 Each) CLIN 0003 - Antenna coupler used to attach ¼ wave length antenna to radio.
