- This change corrects the Description of Requirement paragraph to remove the reference to AMSOIL. The term is not applicable to this solicitation. The corrected paragraph should read: Description of Requirement: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment to manufacture two (2) each 5,000 gallons per minute penstock and draft tube unwatering pumps and two (2) each 300 gallons per minute station drainage sump pumps with new units and deliver to the John H. Kerr Reservoir in Boydton VA in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings.
