Description

Q - Laboratory Testing Anatomical - The VAMC 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502-1962 requests offers for providing anatomic and clinical referral laboratory testing. Tests will be conducted by offeror off-site. NAICS code of 621511 has a size standard of $13.5 million. This is conducted on an unrestricted basis. The provider must maintain College of American Pathologists accreditation for laboratory services. Services are required 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays. Specimens shall be picked up and transported by contractor and delivered to VAMC, Lexington, KY site at contractor expense. Solicitation will be available on or about 9/15/2011 with due date of 9/23/2011 for base period of 12/1/2011 through 9/30/2012 and one option period of 10/1/2012 through 9/30/2013. Evaluation factors will be past performance, lab accreditation and lowest aggregate price. The solicitation of VA249RPNOECMStoday did not load properly and this is a resolicitation. VA249PNOECMStoday will be cancelled in its entirety.
