- Request for Quote (RFQ) Form 1. This is a DoDEA/DDESS procurement action requesting for quote (RFQ) for brand name RightFax products/services in support of existing system (see attached document for description of requirement). 2. The Government will award a single, firm-fixed price, purchase order from this RFQ using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. Award will be made to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose quote is considered lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will also include delivery time. Offerors may submit websites, graphics and/or specification documents in support of quote. 3. Email files exceeding agency's 5MB server limit will not be delivered. Email files greater than 5MB may be divided into multiple sends (i.e. Batch 1 of 2, Batch 2 of 2, etc.). Quotes should be kept to a minimum number of pages. Quotes exceeding total of 15 pages will not be evaluated. 4. Include the following business information with response: - Quote Number, Date and Expiration Date - Company's Name, Address, phone, Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) DUNs Number and Cage Code - Point of Contact Information (Name, Phone, Email) 5. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are communications after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
