- The contractor will be required to provide Roleplayer Support Services for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Brunswick (Glynco) Georgia. This requirement is to provide support for simulation of everyday law enforcement situations to reinforce classroom lecture for students from over 82 federal agencies. Using over 500 scenario packages furnished by the FLETC training divisions and participating agencies, the contractor will provide appropriate roleplayers by sex, age, and national origin that are physically prepared and trained to fill the scenario roles as ordered by the FLETC on a monthly basis. Changes in the monthly roleplayer schedules are prevalent, therefore, the contractor must provide flexibility in rescheduling scenario roles and roleplayers as needed. Government furnished facilities and props, to include protective simunition gear, are provided to the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance of, and will be accountable for, the entire Government Funished Prop inventory. The FLETC is a secured facility, therefore, the contractor must obtain entry clearance for all employees (estimated +150) utilizing FLETC Security procedures. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract with Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity and Cost line items. This requirement is planned for a base period of eight months, four one year optional peformance periods, and one four month optional performance period; optional performance periods may be exercised at the discretion of the government. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition; the NAICS code for this requirement is 561320. The Solicitation is projected to be available on October 7, 2011 with a response date of November 7, 2011; a pre-bid Site Visit is projected for October 21, 2011. All interested and capable businesses are encouraged to download a copy of the solicitation and supporting documentation from the FedBizOps at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies will not be issued. Bid and Performance bonds will be required in the sum of 20% of the bid amount. All eligible firms may submit a proposal in writing which will be considered by the agency.
