- MARKET SURVEYSOURCES SOUGHT/CAPABILITIES REQUESTFederal Aviation Administration (FAA), Oklahoma City Logistics Center1. Introduction/PurposeThe FAA has the following requirements for Contractor Depot Level Support (CDLS), program management, development and delivery of documentation, and planning effort for the CDLS service to support the FAA's Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC) and Large Terminal Radar Approach Controls (TRACON's), ARTCC Critical and Essential Power Systems (ACEPS), Critical Redundant Power Distribution System (CRPDS), Dual Redundant Power Distribution System (DRPDS ), National Exide/IPM Un-interruptible Power Systems (NEIUPS), Critical Redundant Power Distribution System (CRPDS), and any other sites as designated by the FAA Contracting Officer (CO)/Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) in the National Airspace System (NAS). See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either a full and open competition or a set-aside for all, or part, of the procurement for small businesses, SDVOSB, or socially and/or economically disadvantaged businesses who are certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as 8(a). Interested contractor(s) may submit a survey response to all or part of the task requirements listed proposed performance work statement. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA);(a)Is not Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind;(b)Is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals;(c)Will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and(d)Is not responsible for any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor's expense. 5. Submittal Requirements for Market SurveySubmittal requirements for this market survey should include;Complete the attached capabilities questionnaire Execution of the business declaration form (as an attachment)A company profile - not to exceed 10 pages that include a cover page and table of contents 7.
