- Description
- Justification and Approval (Unusual and Compelling Urgency) Delay in award of this contract would have caused seriuos injury, financial or other, to the Government. One of the compressors in the existing chiller was malfunctions. There was also numerous leaks on the exisiting chiller. The CDC provided child care from approximately 150 Airmen. Closing the CDC due to excess temperatures would cause the CDC to close and would ultimately affect mission operations.
