- SPECIFICATIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Purchase Order is anticipated. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for service disabled veteran owned small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127. Size Standard: 500 employees. The solicitation number is W51M021152G601 and is issued as RFQ Request for Quotation. Must quote all of the items in the attachment to include shipping and installation charges (Fob destination pricing required) Description of commodity: HAWORTH only is requested due to the continuity of existing furniture throughout the Colorado Army National Guard. Delivery and Installation at 6848 S. Revere Pkwy, Centennial, CO 80112. A copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3 with Alt I, Contractor Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, must be completed and submitted with quotation. By submission of a quote, offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in CCR prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ. Quotes are due not later than 10:00 AM, MST on September 23, 2011. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be a best value to the Government. Award will be made to the offeror who presents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. Proposal must comply in all material respects and the requirements of the law, regulation and conditions set forth in the solicitation. See attached items and specifications to quote on Haworth furniture, must include delivery and install. Proposal must meet all mandatory solicitation requirements. Offeror must be determined responsible according the the standards of FAR Part 9, Subpart 1. The agency intends to award a firm-fixed price order/contract using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology. The Quotes must represent best value from selection of the technically acceptable quote in accordance with the stated requirements and delivery, with lowest evaluated price. Only the lowest price quote will be sent for technical acceptance, and if accepted, no further technical review will be required. If not accepted, the next lowest quote will be sent forward.
