- MODIFICATION - Due to the need to finalize the Government's needs in relation to the move of chemicals from Winter Haven to Ft. Pierce, Florida, the Government delayed the acquisition and scheduled the transportation of these chemicals to coincide with other projects. The turn-around for providing prices is short, as well as the delivery time. The window for performance of this work is shown in the amendment.
