GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. ITEM 1: ArcView Single Use Primary Maintenance License Renewal. ArcView is desktop GIS software that provides geographic data visualization, mapping, management, and analysis capabilities along with the ability to create and edit data. When you subscribe to Esri Software Maintenance, you will receive the newest versions of Esri software upon release and have access to Esri Technical Support. You will always have the latest Esri technology to keep your GIS workflows running smoothly. Esri Software Maintenance includes New releases, patches, and software updates to keep your Esri products current Technical Support from skilled and experienced analysts Complimentary registration to the annual Esri International User Conference, where applicable An opportunity to preview and test software prior to general release Subscriptions to ArcNews and ArcUser Advanced and exclusive notification of software promotions Typically, software maintenance for the first year is included when you purchase a new product license. After that, you can renew your maintenance subscription annually. Maintenance for Multiple LicensesIf you have multiple licenses of a particular software product, you can save on software maintenance with Esri's two-tiered primary and secondary maintenance subscriptions. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
